Beskrivning:Pianisten Bill Evans framträdde vanligtvis i trio-format, alltså med bas och trummor. På sätt och vis är också detta en trioskiva, fast han är ensam i studion. Evans spelade först in en grundversion av respektive låt, sedan lade han två lager till ovanpå denna och samtalade på så vis musikaliskt med sig själv. 3 x Evans med andra ord. På utvikningskonvolutets uppslag har Evans själv skrivit en förklarande text och det finns också en text av Gene Lees.
