Reader´s Digest (Det Bästa) är ökända för sina förkortade bokutgåvor, men när det gäller musikaliska produkter som denna, handlar det faktiskt om oavkortade versioner. Orkesterledaren och trombonisten Glenn Miller var den kommersiellt mest framgångsrike under storbandseran och i den här boxen med sex LP-skivor finns det mesta samlat. Bl a soundtracken till de två långfilmer där Millers band medverkade. På konvolutet till varje LP finns presentation av låtarna och i ett medföljande häfte har George T Simon tecknat ett porträtt av Miller.
